“a bout the suflee”
What is in your sketchbook?
Reflections and thoughts. Like any sketchbook, it all starts with a empty paper sheet. When you’re in front of it, and let your inspiration and your dreams flow
A part of my artwork is done intuitively, because I like to experiment with techniques and mixing them. There is another part that is due to a reflection about the direction I think my work should take. In my sketchbook you will find freedom.

Illustration for Amelia’s magazine

“peacock twins”
Where do you illustrate?
Anywhere, on any moment or any support … virtual or real. … Because most of the time I’m thinking of illustrations and design.

“bambina e calamaro”

What inspires your work?
All around me.
Fashion, people, music, photography.
For some time I have taken female beauty as the main theme.
But I was also inspired by nature, architecture, art, poetry …
Based on all this variety of influences, along with my tendency to experiment with a mixture of techniques, my style can be very versatile.

“CARLA TOFANO”
What music do you listen to?
Lots of 80’s music… new wave, electronic, NDW, dark, classic goth, synth pop, italo, classical and neo folk.

“cat’s shadows”
What did you have for breakfast?
Sesame bread, grilled egg, jam and spinach.
Nectarine and peach ice tea.
